Conceived as a space that will be the center of the business climate in Požega, the Panora Coworking Center is ready for new development stories, which was confirmed at the entrepreneurial panel, the first in a series held in the newly equipped space.
– Two years ago, when the Požega-Slavonia County bought this space, the idea was to create a place where entrepreneurs, craftsmen and digital nomads would come and develop their ideas. Coworking spaces are the spaces that are developing the most in the modern economy, and as entrepreneurship can sometimes be a lonely endeavor, here you are not alone, there is social interaction, you share ideas with others and support each other – said Jelena Ferdebar Hak, head of the Administrative Department for the Economy of Požeško- Slavonian counties.
In addition to entrepreneurs who will find their place here, the center also houses the county development agency and other county institutions that will be at the service of entrepreneurs and other citizens, and soon a tender will be announced for offices intended for permanent rent by entrepreneurs, Ferdebar pointed out. Hack.
– We invite all those interested to contact us starting next week, they can come here and the space will be free until the end of May. We have five work units, a conference hall, a meeting hall and all those who have needs, who need to host their partners or hold trainings, workshops, can come here, ask questions, and we will continue to provide information through our channels – said Ferdebar Hak.
One of the most famous Croatian brands that grows in such a space is the Majushka brand, whose creator, Maja Šuput, spoke at the Panora Coworking Center about the advantages that such a concept provides to business. By the way, Majushka is a brand that was created as an extension of everything that the singer and entrepreneur has been doing for the past twenty years, and the emphasis is on products that make girls happy.
– Majushka is realized in one such space in Zagreb, in a coworking center. It is important to have your own base, a place where things are realized and agreed upon, and I know firsthand how important this new space you have here is – said Maja Šuput.
Coworking spaces, like this one at Ulica Republike Hrvatske 1B in Požega, are extremely important because they enable networking, which is often the path to business development.
– First of all, spaces like this are intended for people who will come from outside with their computer. All you need to have is a computer, here you are waiting for the Internet, peace and you will get people sitting next to you, who have come for the same thing and things like networking happen. You will meet people who came for the same reason from another branch, exchange experiences, contacts, agree on cooperation and many more ideas emerge from such meetings and friendships. In the same way, it is much more serious to invite someone here for a meeting than to meet in a shopping center and a cafe, your work gains weight, and it is much easier for you to work in an environment where everyone thinks the same – said Šuput.
Modern aesthetics are also important in everything, which is very visible in the coworking space, the conference hall and the meeting hall of the Panora Coworking Center.
– When it comes to business, image is sold, it is very important. This space is beautiful, relaxing, you have a bar, if someone comes to you for a meeting, you will make coffee for them here, it’s a tradition here, people like to drink something while they work and feel comfortable – said Šuput.
With the possibilities available through funds and lending, the key to success is a good idea, points out Šuput.
– The idea is key, nothing has fallen from the sky for anyone, there is a good old saying, those who don’t take risks, don’t profit, I think you should take risks wisely, but a good idea will always go well. I always say that the factor of happiness is also important, you need to be in the right place at the right time, and perhaps one such place is this space of the Panora Coworking Center – concluded Šuput.
